Do we know yet how weather will work in Fallen Earth? I hope it won't be always the same, perpetually cloudy (or sunny or what ever). And I hope that weather changes that might happen won't be just cosmetic, but will have some in-game effects. Also, will there be seasonal changes in the weather, do you think?

Well, to start form the end, I think it has already been confirmed that there will be seasons. Mind you, they didn't say (at least in that interview) whether or not the seasons will have any effect on actual game play.
I think the wind conditions could be a significant feature of the weather, though I don't really know how much the wind can be felt there, coz I've never been.
