I looked around for info, and I'm nopt seeing much on weapons in Fallen Earth as of yet. What I could find bottles down to this: baseball bat, baseball bat with spikes, misc handguns, misc rifles (including assault rifles), grenades, and mines. Isnt' that list missing the more futuristic weapons, like plasma guns and shit?

What you've listed there is by no means complete. The lack of variety of weapons in Fallen Earth is the least of my concerns about the game, because I'm quite confident that there will be plenty. The more futuristic weapons and related equipment should come in the following story arcs.
