I'm a Lance Corporal now, and have 0 unlocks. I went the the BFHQ tab and it just says what I could unlock but it won't let me. So the question is, is how or what do I need to do to unlock a weapon.

restart game
soon as you log on, it'll congratulate you for the promotion and let you unlock a weapon
