How will player communication be handled in Fallen Earth? It's a fairly safe bet that there will be an intra-faction chat mode, but what about communicating with the other factions? Will there be just a general chat channel, or will they include that chat bubble thing that pops up when someone is addressing you?

Chat bubbles are a nice, simple way of handling directed shouts. It'd be nice if they included it.
