What are some decent weapons to have that are BETTER than
Centi Longsword: Dmg 14, Dly 27. Wt 6.50. +8 Str, +8 Sta, MAGIC
And
Bone Handled Scimitar: Dmg 12, Dly 24. Wt 2.20. +5 AC, +8 Wis, +20 HP, LORE MAGIC
And that does not cost 100K
Please advise!!!!

Get a Frostbringer...best bang for your buck you can get, wavecrasher would be a nice upgrade for you as well, but you don't see em for sale much. There are lots of new luclin-era weapons that aren't bad also, but somebody else will have to fill you in on those.
If you have a lot of plat to spend, look for a swiftblade of zek or a fleshgrinder. Or if you can put 2 or 3 groups together, try for a lurid dagger, ornate sword of the general, or a willsapper.

Switftblades aren't that expensive nowadays, there's like 2000 on the market... Or so it seems.

Currently Jeri uses a SBoZ (11/18, 1hs excellent stats - 55k) and an Exquisite Velium Spear (12/20 piercer, no stats, 35-40k).
Before this I was using a Polished Velium warsword 10/19 no stats, runs about 8k in bazaar and the spear mentioned above
Before this I was using a variety of items. Sarnak Backstabber, 10/20 piercer with stats, VERY common, 2-3k in bazaar, Diseased War Mace, 10/20 1hb with stats, 4-5k in bazaar, and an Edge of the Nightwalker, 14/25 1hs with stats, 9-12k in bazaar
If you want to sacrifice a bit of speed for power and stats, check out a Long Sword of Ethereal Energy, 12-14k, 16/29 1hs with great stats.

Exquisite Velium Spears come from Pierre, a named rat in DN. 1 group can take him down. He's in the Paebala section. If you are non-KoS, you can easily pull him all the way to the door with a feign puller.
He usually has at least one spear, sometimes 2. They are not always exquisite. No idea on spawn pattern, timers, ph, etc.

What you need to do is a buy a Swift Blade of Zek. 100HPs and 10ac flay out. Durgus had one for sell in the bazaar.

I would say get a good group (I've done it with 5 people before) and kill the General in Shadowhaven for the Ornate Sword of the General and then get a Frostbringer to offhand with. Thats a sweet combo and won't cost you much. Just be sure to have good healing and mana support cuz the general takes a long time to drop... h3 g0tZ M@d H!Tp0!nTz!!

I should get a new background, but I'll probably wait for us to kill something cool in PoP to do it
