Warhammer Online seems like just another grind fest and I am not into one of those at all. Is there something that you can say and that will make me change my mind and come to think about this game a lot more in some other terms then in a grind term like I am doing right now? Am I that wrong, or am I not?

Well, the answer to your question is not as simple as just yes or no. There is much more to it, then just saying that this is just another grind fest or not. I think that you might think that Warhammer Online seems like just another grind fest when you first start to play this game, but you need to be more persistent in playing this game and then you will be able to see that this is not just another game, but you have to use your logic if you would like to play it the way it is suppose to be played. So I would say that you need to play this game for a longer time in order to be able to say if this is just another grind fest.

we'll have to see with the content if theres actually things to do, but i really dont get the impression that they want you to be mindless grinding all your way to 40. They want you to take part and fight side by side your fellow realm mates

Actually I think all MMORPG's are bases on grinding. Since you always have to level up, you always have to put efford in it. And that's why I think Warhammer will be a grindfest aswell.
Ofcourse there will be new content, that has never been shown in other games. But in the end, it all comes to the same point.

well i think in terms of style of play warhammer will be different. For me grinding involves killing mobs mindlessly, however in warhammer you can level up purely by pvping. Some might consider this a type of grinding, but i pvp fun and pve monotenous so for me at least warhammer doesnt invole a mindless grind... just my opinion anyway

The whole concept of WAR is to try and take SOME of the grind out of MMOs. It is a given that a moderate grind has to take place. Or else it would just be over, and people wouldn't do much. Plus it keeps differences among players.
With the current concepts, at level 1 you can enjoy pvp battles, large ones at that. And you dont even have to grind on PVE mobs to level. You can level to 40(max level) with out doing a single pve quest. Course it goes that way for pve as well. So its up to you how you want to "Grind" though im not sure if thats the same kind of grind.
