I'm sure this has been asked before but I can't find the answer anywhere, so what the heck: Will we be able to loot the other players that we kill in PvP? I don't suppose we'll be able to take everything away, but maybe the stuff that they have in the inventory and not currently equipped?

Actually, no. Enabling the looting of other players just makes people stay away form PvP in general so as not to lose their preciouses. Instead, there will be a random drop system you kill a player, he drops something appropriate to his level, not something he actually owns but a randomly generated item.
