Warhammer Online is First person?

Hi! I saw trailer of the game Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning and it confused me totally. It this first person game? Or normal third person game? At some moments I toght that I saw some first person shoter elements. Can you tell me little bit more abot this game and its gameplay?

Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning (among players also called WAR) is an future massively multiplayer online role-playing game based Warhammer Fantasy setting used in Warhammer: Dark Omen, Warhammer: Shadow of the Horned Rat and Warhammer: Mark of Chaos. It is currently under development by EA Mythic, and it will be ready for release in 2008. The game uses new DirectX 10 tehnology and it will bring us some new effects, never seen before in game world. This game is not mainly first person shooter game, but it may have some elements of FPS games.
