Warhammer Online - High Levels vs Low levels? Is there a huge difference between Warhammer Online High Levels and Low levels? I am afraid that if the difference if huge I will never be able to go from one to the other. And I just don't want to stay stuck in the low levels for too long.

You will be stuck in the low levels as much as you need. And when I say as much as you need I think as much time as you need to perfect your skills that will help you manage with the high levels and you will feel at home when you do this. There is difference between low and high levels, but there is also a difference in you as a player when you start playing this game, and when you play it for a couple of months, don't you agree. Don't worry about things like this, everything will come in place when the time comes.
