Warhammer Online Stealth for Assassins

Why no love for the stealth classes? What will the assassins do if there is no stealth *at all* in the game? Would they be reduced to just another type of fighter, the hi-damage lo-defense one? What's the reasoning behind this decision?

Is this answered somewhere, in an FAQ or a chat transcript or something?
