I was thinking about the ranking/points the other day while watching one of the video previews, and it got me wondering: How are points from kills going to be distributed in case of shared kills? I mean, will it allow for kill stealing, where you beat on an opponent for half an hour and bring him to death's doorstep, and then along comes an ally who hits him for 1 damage and gets the kill?

As far as I know, the system will differentiate between group kills, solo kills, and death blows. That means a different sum of points will be dished out depending on what exactly you did, I presume proportionally to how much of an impact your actions had.
Also, the morale point accumulation will be dependent on damage dealt, not kills.
