Will there be any? I mean, yes, of course I know this is the Warhammer setting (and Online, to boot), and that it'll mostly be all about direct combat, dwarf vs. org, realm vs. realm, waargh, and all that… but will there be more? Will they let us explore the world and solve quests in the classical RPG manner, too?

Supposedly yes. Mythic had told us before that we'll be "embarking on an epic quest to complete the Tome of Knowledge and unlock Warhammer lore, detailed monster information, and major story plotlines." Make of that what you will.
