Warhammer Online Races interaction

How will different races be able to interact in WAR? Will you be able to as an orc player (for example) to gain reputation with a dwarf faction? Also, can you travel to areas controlled by other races right after character creation, or is it off limits early on, and only allowed later?

AFAIK, you can gain rep independent of your own race. And I also think you can travel anywhere right away, but IMBW on that.
