Will there be any personal rewards for exceptional success in guild PvP? I mean, I know there will be community stuff to aim for, there is in most PvP-based games, but on a personal level, will there be these little incentives, like for example unique visual details that you can add either to your char or to your guild hall, or something?

We don't know yet, but to be perfectly honest I don't see much point in stuff like that. PvP isn't fought for l00t, for drops, or for cache. PvP is all about being better than the other guy, and proving it where it hurts. If I need cosmetic incentive to do that, I'm not cut out for PvP anyway.
