Warhammer Online PvP Twink Prevention

I wasn’t able to find anything on how twinking will be prevented in Warhammer Online. Does anyone know anything about this? I really hope they’ll be able to do something about it since twinking can really ruin such games for normal honest players. What do you think can be done about it.
I don’t think there’ll be much said about this before the game is published. Anyway, fro all the things that we know about the game since you won’t be able to wear tier 2 armor at tier 1, there is no way for twinking. Still, how will they prevent selling gold on e-bay, I have no clue.
Well, you're gaining exp for PvP, so my guess is that you won't be able to stay i tier 1 forever...
But if you've lvled a character all the way to 40 and want to twink a character, who's to say you're not allowed?
