Hi guys, could someone please explain to me what exactly a promo code is, and how does it affect beta involvement, if at all? I'm asking this because my brother had bought a warhammer novel - the Mark of Chaos - and it came with a promotional code, which is supposed to be entered into newsletter form thingy... But then what? No announcement ever came. Did we miss something here?

Possibly, though I don't know if they announced the next wave of closed beta participants yet. The promo code gets you to sign up for the newsletter, which qualifies you for being in line for the beta, but I don't know if it gives you some sort of special advantage or anyuthing like that... I doubt it, do.

I think you get the code from the collectors addition, It gives you more of an advantage than someone without a code
|
