I hear that it's going to be officially allowed in WAR, and that you'll be able to buy or rent your power levelers right there, on the official site! Is there any truth to this, or is it just a rumor? Because if this is real, I'm gonna be staying away from the game on general principle alone.

I very much doubt that this is true. How would it sound like, "here, buy our game, and then pay a little bit extra for ourt bot to play it in your place while you go and do something else entirely"? That's just plain dumb.
