I know the game is being marketed as primarily RvR (or PvP or whatever), but that doesnt mean they're pushing the raiding aspect of PvE out of the picture entirely, does it? Is there any news on how this will look like, or if there will be dungeon raiding at the endgame stage?

Well, they did announce three big dungeons for Raid games only, and one big dungeon for combined PvP/PvE play. Generally, I think the idea was mostly "balanced PvP and PvE content with slight advantage to the former", but the PvP gets more attention in public due to high demand of disenchanted WoW players.
