I just found that page that lists the skills for all Chaos classes, and I'm reading through it, but I'm a little confused. Aren't all types of skills supposed to use tactics slot? If so, why are only the "tactics" skills listed with a tactics slot requirement? If not, how do you pick out your other skills before a fight?

Obviously, Tactics skills are the only ones that use Tactics slot. That's why they call them that, you know. You have a few slots (I think just one at 1st level, and I think you max out at six) and you have to choose which skill to put in those slots. The other skills are free to use, basically.
