The custom games, especially dota, are very popular, but the rest of it is not. Sure, there are tournaments and such, but I feel more people play it, myself included, for the custom games rather than standard games.

Im actually selling an rs account pretty cheap so i can buy a wc3 roc and ft key. 
All for dota.

Warcraft 3 is a great game. It is by far the game I've kept playing over the longest period of time starting with singleplayer campaigns, ladder on b.net moving on to custom games and now it is mostly Dota I play.

I used to love WC3, but I never did get into the custom maps. I liked the old ladder system. Haven't played in over 2 years though, mostly because I wasn't very good at it. Watching the pros play though... amazing
