Bump, you might not think its a good offer, but the account with all the good/items is worth around 200$ atm.
so paying 40 bucks to unlock this isn't to bad.. all you gotta do is send the money order with the details i give you to blizzard (they sent this email to me back when i quit) its in the email you will see why its locked and yes it will can be unlocked with no penaties.
THAT means ill shoW you the email sent DIRECTLY FROM BLIZZARD.
