WTT all three GW chapters for steam account

The GW account has a few level 20s, all with good gear. Quite a bit of money, some greens, etc. I'm looking for a steam account that's still able to play online, must have hl2, cs:s, and at least a few other mods. Please list what ones you have.
I realize that a lot of people here think that me having level 20s and trading it away is too good to be true, but I just don't play it anymore. All the characters are roleplaying, don't worry.
