He is on a US PvP Server fully transferable and also comes with a 63 Orc Warrior. Gearwise He has full Spellfire Set (This is the Fire/Arcane +damage set from tailoring) and the Spellstrike Set. Also includes Stormcaller (exalted thrallmar) with 40 spell damage and a few epics from karazhan. I am sitting at 950 fire/arcane damage with my current spec.

Also if it matters the character has 32 Badges of Justice which is enough for a nice epic offhand or if u wish get another 9 badges and get an amazing trinket.
