Magic, Mining, Ranged all 70+ (= 70-80)
Cooking, Fishing, Crafting 65+ (= 65-70)
Construction, Smithing, Prayer 60+ (= 60-65)
All SKills not listed above are ranked.
I guess the big draw card here also is the 100+ Mill in rare items.
