WTT EPIC NE Rogue US PvP Xferable for Horde Rogue

Hey everyone, I love my rogue a ton but allll of my friends went horde on a PvP server so i really want to have a rogue there to join them =(.
My gear is http://ctprofiles.net/4856118 (I'm aware my shoulders aren't too good but i have ~6k honor if you want to buy new shoulders and im also honored with zandalar so only need the girdle).
I'm on a PvP server with my xfer up. My rep on my current server is very good if you choose to stay.
Has 150 Riding skill with a Frostsabre and a Black Warsteed.

Only interested in Horde Rogues with either their xfer up or they are on Tichondrius. Gear doesn't necessarily have to be as good but comparable.
