He has mostly Quest\Instance blues, and a few peices away from the best possible pre-kara set.

Oh, by the way, I have replacements for the Fel Leather set just in case you don't like those peices. . .
Without the Fel Leather set I have 1200 AP 114 hit rating and 21.2% crit.
