Virtue's duration: 2 hours 30 minutes
Plus virtue = 1 buff, kazad/9 = 2 buffs... I agree, probably not worth 75k, but still a valuable spell. When you either need to be buffed NOW or need to be buffed for a long time (where you can live without extra hp and mana regen, like VT), HoV is useful. '
In addition, having a druid around for nine isn't always a given (granted that's usually an exp group, where single target virtue would suffice anyways).

Sold! Sold boots for 80k, took atvantage of a minor price war in Bazaar and bought HOV for 50k. Just need to get some back spells and I'll have a full spell book....
