I have something like 170 unused practice points. If I recall, you can't use these on any tradeskill after it's.. what.. skill level 20?
So I might as well put these points into a language no one has. Or at least very few people have.
Any suggestions? I am thinking orc or sarnak, if these are options.

Dragon, Dark speech, and elder Dragon(?). There are several quests in these that you need to read stuff. but there are alway web sites that can tell you what they say.....

Don't bother with dark speech, can learn it from a level 1 iksar/troll/ogre/dark elf
Elder dragon and combine are where it's at.

you can teach languages to yourself... or get like a group of 6 ppl and just spam each other, it goes up in no time.
