Rogue has almost full epic gear. Has a PvP and PvE set.

Transfer is up.
Don't have an epic flying, but have normal, epic land mount, and normal flying.
375 Herbalist, and was in the middle of leveling blacksmithing, but haven't gotten all the way. Have 350 lockpicking.
I am attuned to Serpenstshrine Cavern.
Sorry to inform you, I am fairly poor, however if you're going to be buying an account, there's no reason why you couldn't buy some gold for yourself too.

New stats because of the patch:
PvE - 442 Agi - 455 Stam - 3069 Armor - 1627 AP - 137 Hit - 23.59% crit - 8224 HP
PvP - 422 Agi - 597 Stam - 2969 Armor - 1465 AP - 87 Hit - 22.91% crit - 9644 HP
