Gear:All of the gear on the Necro is either Blues or Purple. He also has the best necro staff currently in game in Obliteratus. He has plenty of crafting resources and a few gold.

Harvesting Skills are mostly tier 2-3

I am willing to send disc if buyer pays shipping.

Not many respecs have been done so character is still very customizable.

Tyranny is one of the premier PvP servers with thousands of players and has new players limited on joining often.
