WTB [H] 70 Paladin PVP Server with Transfer Up

I'm currently looking to buy a Horde Paladin on any PVP server with it's transfer up. My budget right now is $300 dollars.
The character does not need to be in full epics, but I would like you to have at least 1000 +healing and in all blues or near.
If you're interested in selling, please first post in this thread and then send me a PM with your phone number and a good time to call you. I will respond with a ventrilo server address in which you can log on and discuss the transaction at your own discretion.
Once the funds have cleared I'll be asking for the username, password, CD-Keys, and for the e-mail to be changed. Please have all of this ready. The account must be active at the time of the transaction so I may log on and verify everything is there and in order.
This will only be done through PayPal so that I may dispute any attempts to scam me and you must post in this thread first for safety reasons.
