After Sunstrike and Rend2. Paying a reasonable price for both these spells.
Might even consider Garrison's if it's cheap enough but I doubt I'll pay what you want.

Coming from the guy that sells slime boots for 100k (99999pp) and he wont pay the going rate for Garrison's (500k)
Bills must be due, they always due here

I doubt you will see Rend 2 for sale, as THO ain't farmed by the same guild for long periods of time, which will result in a few copies of rend 2 per guild and not many extras.
I'm sure ED has a couple extra Garrisons by now

EER doesn't drop off just THO =) I don't think we have extra copies of that atm, garrisons is another story but I'm not the spell trader =p
