Looking to buy a lvl 65 chanter, would prefer to be VT flagged, but will except at least have ssra emp key, will also consider others.
And I'm not looking to spend thousands of dollars.

wow 600 dollers, thats a lot of just a eq char why not just invest the money and lvl up a chanter on your own
