If you didn't watch the Leafs game last night you missed a seriously amazing game. There is nothing like playoff hockey!!

My picks for game 7's tonight are........

Canucks 4-3

Leafs 3-2

Avs 2-1

Eh? Did you catch yesterday's Yankees game? Now THAT was boring!

Tonight's hockey lineup will be orgasmic, man.

My pics: Flyers, Avs, 'Nucks.

Actually I have watched tons of baseball, and I do stay up on who is where and what in standings and such because I am a fan of sports, point being?

I am a fan of pretty much every sport through and through and baseball without doubt is still the best one for sitting out in the sun soaking up some suds on a sunday afternoon - nothing more - Ball is relaxing

As far as the ratio to blow outs - yeah 19 out of 20 is obviously exagerated but hell it isn't that far off. Not far at all

Aww c'mon, no love for St. Louis? Well i guess i had better represent STL then Smile I'm pickin the Blues, 4-2. They are gonna come out playin today, because now that the dumb asses lost their 2 game lead they HAVE to play. It'll be a very physical and rough game, which should be fun to watch. GO BLUES!!!

The Yankees outscore their opponents by over 4 runs a game. Many playoff basketball teams don't even have that kind of average margin.

The game may not be ruined, but Major League Baseball sure the hell is. It's becoming a farce...

lol, it's April still, the Yankee's margin of victory so far this month is the largest average margin of victory in the history of the game (just saw the statistic on baseball tonight the other day.) They'll come down to earth soon. The team behind them, Boston is 13-6, and has outscored their opponent by approximately 20 runs total all season. Any statistic you say now about blowouts is completely meaningless.

also, you're talking about the yankees. the yankees can outspend any other team in the league by such an obscene margin. i shouldnt have to talk to you hockey fans about economic issues. i guess you would call them the anti-buffalo sabres/pittsburgh penguins.

Yeah but hockey games are so much closer, even the poorer teams have a chance. Ottawa's payroll is practically nada and they have the best record in the league!

And look what happened to the high-spending Rangers and Red Wings. They managed 4 playoff games combined.

Well, look at Oakland. Bar none best pitching staff in the league

Minnesota - Outstanding offense and best defense in the league.

Look at the NY Mets, Texas Rangers, and Baltimore Orioles. Money certainly isn't doing anything for them.

Baseball is so FREAKIN BORING! I can stand to go to the games, but only 'cause I get p**s drunk! Hockey's version of the Yankees (Detroit) got their ass handed to them by the Ducks!

Hockey is fun to watch at any point in the season. Constant action and fights breaking out all the time. Who doesn't like that??

I wanted to kill the Stars GM when they let Belfour go, but somebody must have known how good Turco was gonna be!

Ottawa/Dallas final.....that should be fun.

I knew that was going to happen, I said it would be long series but the Flyers would eventually wear the Leafs out.

'Nucks win, Avs LOSE to Minnesota in OT.

Wow what an awesome night of hockey!

But the big question is... was Belfour drunk last night? He took two costly penalties, talk about out of control.

Also, it looks like we're seeing a changing of the guard when it comes to goaltending. Belfour, Roy, CuJo, and Osgood all takin' a seat after the first round. Broduer and Lalime are the only goalies left who have seen second round action.

Well I think Belfour was p****d simply because the Leafs didn't show up, he had not one f*****g person playing in front of him and kept the Leafs in the game hands down for the first 15 minutes. He also is known to have a hot head. The way his team played in front of him I would have f*****g lost it too

Way to f*****g go Minnesota. Great game.

that Minnesota game was the best game of hockey I've seen in a while! I hope those f*****g guys go all the way... got a lot of heart for a big ragtag group of nobodies.

Patriots were the same way, no?

That Wild goaltender played about 15 minutes of some of the best goaltending I've ever seen in one stretch.

Colorado did everything they needed to do to win. But that Gonzales guy shut them the f**k down. That was impressive.

Just one less team for the Stars to have to worry about. =)

Ottawa vs. Phili - Gonna be a good series

New Jersey vs. Tampa Bay - I couldn't give a rats ass

Anaheim vs. Dallas - has potential, but Dallas could just plain out rape them

Minnesota vs. Canucks - has potential i guess, but won't be as good as the St. Louis vs. Canucks series.

All in All, the playoffs kinda took one of those kicks in the nuts last night, and it's at the part right after u get kicked where you can't feel it just yet, but you know in like 10 sec. your gonna be in some serious pain. We wait...but our balls might hurt after the first few games in the upcoming series.

Manny Fernandez is a great goalie who is long overdue for a break or two. I remember when he played for the K-Wings here in MI and he always did well in the IHL, even went 34-6 or something obscene like that one year.

Anybody could've had him, he was a free agent for years.
