It will allow me to cast "Attack Spell" at level 30 and "Damage" at 65.

No but from what I've seen, if you pick a caster class you get like 3 spells. Max.
IT'S LIKE DAOC, BUT WITH EXTRA SUCK.

I saw a screenshot of a spell book with far more than 3 spells in it.. now they may be upgrades of a spell line, but how is that different than eq?
