Here's the story, I bought a mage here, and got bored of it. So i put it up for sale, and sold it to sars020. BUT, turns out i was given the wrong SQA when I bought it initially. my mistake, shoulda checked, don't know why i didn't... 
so..i unknowingly informed sars020 about the wrong SQA. i apologized and offered a refund, and he said that he liked the mage and still wanted the account and would only take $100 refund.
meanwhile, i was trying to contact the OO to ask if he made a mistake about giving me the wrong SQA. however, before i get an answer, sars020 gets the account banned. i shoulda figured, his english is that of a child, his name.... sars?, and looking at his previous posts he was trying to buy up accounts left and right. (chinese farmer?)  now he wants a full refund because HE got the account banned HIMSELF.
anyways, i believe i acted correctly. I tried to correct my mistake. Yes, i might have gotten scammed by the original seller and that was entirely my mistake, but Yes, i did try to work it out for sars020.
now he has claimed it to PayPal and froze the money. i am not accusing him of being a scammer .... directly ... just giving everyone a warning to watch out for him.

At least he made sense, you do the same.

it is kind of proof because he kinda admitted it. and getting his account banned is a nono. shouldnt have refunded the money because it would have been your fault.
