So some friend have an interesting situation...
A friend of mine may be getting hired in the US, and would have a work visa, his girlfriend who has been living with him for quite sometime would obviously want to go. Will they let her in on a commonlaw sort of situation?
Or would they fully have to be married?

I hope he's getting a job in Detroit, then they could still live in Windsor. Otherwise, Dunn is right on.
