Is the Vanguard a good game for buying? Is it worth the invested money? What are the advantages in this game? I played other games from MMO genre, and I am only interested in playing the online games. Is this game worth the cost? I want to have fun when I am playing. Will I have fun with this one? Every kind of answer will be helpful to me. I want to decide should I play Vanguard.

Yeah, this game is very fun to play. If you love the MMORPG games, this is the best one. You should definitely buy it. Loads of quests, tons of battles, just too much fun. You can choose one of the sides, the side of good, or the side of evil. In either case, the fun is guaranteed. Vanguard is one of the best games on the market, and it is online for a long time. That means many players are enjoying it every day. I would always suggest to anybody to play Vanguard. This game just rocks.

No the servers merged, didn't shut down.
Also i don't think the game is worth buying right now, you should wait untill the trial island is ready (trial account)

yeah i been waiting for that free trial for a while now .. VG is one of the few games i have not tried yet 
was wondering tho, how is the pvp in this game? i heard it was virtually non existent.. is this true?

I played when it first launched then 6 months later, the main problem at launch was massive bugs, 6 months later it was fine, but the population had died so much i was soloing 90% of the time

Not worth buying in my opinion. The game had some of the greatest concepts out there when it was in development. Unfortunately these concepts were thrown to the side of the road to make money, and the ones that were put in are worthless. More or less another tragic death for a wonderful concept.
