Every where I look on the boards, I keep seeing people complaining of missing loot bugs for this or that NPC, and practically every patch update seems to have to correct this kind of mistake. Now, I can't help but wonder, is this recurring problem related to the issue of TLC coding? And is there anything that can be done about that at this point?

To answer your last question first – no, I don't think so. As to whether loot missing is related to Trivial Loot Code, I'm not really sure. But like I said, it's a moot question at this point.
