I'm sort of confused about some of the Blood Mage's healing spells, statistics- wise. The Infuse Health line states that the spell heals X points of damage plus 2% per level of Blood Union. What does this 2% refer to, to the level itself or to the target's health?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, I'm not really experienced with healer characters in online games.

Truth be told, it is kind of a dumb question, though I can see what's confusing you. It's the former that the 2% bit refers to – the blood union level. If you have blood union 50, you heal 1 extra health.
