I am very sad when I write about this, but I have an immense desire to share my feelings with somebody who is a Vanguard fan like I am. Vanguard had a bright future before all those rumors started circling the net. I don't know if there is any truth in it, but I think it is a damn shame that they are selling it to somebody who is gong to close the game.

This is a false info that you are talking about. There is no sale of Vanguard or any other game that is popular right now. I don't know where you heard these malicious rumors, but who ever started spreading it had nothing but bad intention. Vanguard is alive and it will stay alive as long as there is players like you and me and everybody else who like this game and think that this game has a good future ahead of it. This is a good game and I think that designers are getting their fair share of the profit and that is the reason why this game is going to stay with us for a long time.

Well now that the time has come and gone Alvy boy was you wrong the game was sold and its dieing. it may never die a formal death because SOE will squeeze all the blood they can from it. but trust me its dead.

Raiding may save it but for how long...
As far as bugs and such I have been playing it again since September and I could count on 1 hand how many times I have had a problem.
APW is nice but after you have put it on farm status we will be in the same place we were 6 months ago.
It needs an expansion or something worthwhile for the 50's to do, I hate to say it but maybe raise cap to 60 or add AA's, hell maybe even an expasion would work.
