Vanguard canceling subscription bug?

Unfortunately, I didnt like the game, its very much unfinished and the patches are rare. So I decided to cancel my subscription, and now I learned of another bug! That even if you cancel subscription you still get charged as if you havent cancelled it! Is this true? Is this bug fixed?
Yes there was a bug like that but I think it was a no big deal. Several people reported that problem but none of them was actually charged. So if you keep your subscription cancellation confirmation email message, I dont think you should worry about being charged. Thank you for being with us!
