The latest patch update of the game states that it fixes the following:
" Replaced the Monk/Disciple specific drops from Riftseeker’s Torrent with more Thestran friendly attire. If you have already obtained the old Monk/Disciple specific items, fear not as they have not been removed from game."
This simply isn't true, especially the last part – I'm looking at them right now! I mean, WTF?

Updates can get buggy sometimes as well, you know. Make sure the problem is there by double checking, and then go and report it to the proper authorities. They'll tell you what to do next.
