Vanguard Rogue stealth question

Ok people lets analyze the Vanguard Rogue in here. I
have no idea what info you have picked so far and would the Rogue ever be your choice in this game but what I over heard is that it will be stealthy one, do you agree with that description of this character and is that what you are looking from one Rogue?

Heh isnt that the point of any Rogue, being sneaky stalking and greatly safe by its stealth?! That little soul is made to collect and study weaknesses from opponents so I am guessing it needs good stealth option, although I have no idea is that covered well and how much it can be used during the fight. NPC distraction and going back to stealth mode after is something that is the biggest part of Rogue abilities in Vanguard game. After stalking and learning can jump into the massive fight but those stealthing performance rules are not quite clear to me, I know that for solo playing those rules are bit changed me thinks.
