Vanguard Player Base

Is vanguards player base getting any larger? The world is so massive i spent like 3 days when i first played not seeing more then a handful of people. Never once got a group lol
It's low at the moment, but stable. I don't see it rising especially since new MMOs are coming out.
Ya its pretty much dieing a death like that of Horizons. Sad part is the player base isnt helping it much by being so hardcore that they stuck through the crap they dont have alot of low levels anymore and think too highly of themselves just for being there.
