While having your own house in the game is quite a nice thing, I am asking myself if it is worth the effort (or the money). It needs a lot time to build your own house, selecting a perfect spot for a plot. Also, houses are rather expensive. Do you think that house rental is better idea for living?

It depends on your own preferences. The bigger the effort is, your satisfaction will be greater, too. What is your opinion on this subject in real life? Do you prefer having your own piece of land and estate, or you rather pay to live in someone elses property? I belong to the first group of people!
