Boy, oh boy. I have never saw such a bad service support so far like this one from Vanguard Online. I have send them the detailed description of my machine specification, before I have described them my problem with no screen and just music on, when I log in to the game. After two weeks, they replied and told me to describe my problem again more accurate. I have resolved the issue by myself in the meantime, but no matter that, their Customer support service, just don’t rely on it. Nothing else.

Actually, it is quite good that you even got a reply, because I had similar problems like you did, and I never got a reply, and I wrote few times about it. But, isn’t that just another reason, why we should make our Guild even more stronger? I have realized that all of those game manufacturers are just not reliable to provide any fair support, just because they are too busy. My opinion, that’s all.
