Can anybody tell me what the US$ value of a Eve pilot is?

Is there a formula like $100 for every 10m general skillpoints, $125 per 10m skillpoints for PVP centric, additional for capital pilots, additional for pilots over 30m skillpoints, etc?

I am only looking for a round about figure for a start bid
