Hi, all.
I'm sort of new to Guild Wars, and I was wondering about the Arena Net's policy on handling bot users, and other exploit? Are they strict on that, or kind of lenient? How thorough are they in enforcing the said policy, anyway?
It's not that I'm considering doing anything myself, you understand, it's just that I'm curious on their security measures.

I don't really understand the question… isn't every MMORPG cracking down as hard as it can on exploiters of various kind? Or are you asking for a comparison in relation to the other games of the type?
All I know is, last year a huge number of GW accounts (over a thousand, they say) were permanently killed because of bot usage. That spells "strict" to me, wouldn't you agree?

as far as i have heard, guild wars is pretty harsh on botters or macroers, but they dont go to the extent that a game like runescape does to prevent it
