I've got this weird feeling.. its not depression, i dont think its sadness.. not anger.. it just... like a huge burden of dissapointment.
I cant cry it out, I cant punch or run it out, and I cant sit here and let it stay on my shoulders...
f**k, how do I get rid of it

well, kbarr is pretty much right.
though it doesnt have to be so deep/spiritual/philosphical as the word "purpose" implies.
But find something to enjoy. find something to be passionate about. find something you love.
that could be anything. seriously anything.
or just go outside and look around. just wander and actually look at everything in your world. when you really look, things get a bit more interesting. watch people. watch a flock of birds explode from a tree at the passing of a car. watch the sun glint of the drainpipe of a house.
take a deep breath and think about what you have and what you really need.

The Un-named Feeling is the worst Metallica song I've ever heard. In fact, it may be the worst song in general I've ever heard. I don't like anything about it at all. It sounds like garbage, and Hetfield's contrived lyrics are worse.

Download The Statler Brothers - "Flowers on the Wall" from the Pulp Fiction soundtrack, it's about the same kind of thing you're feeling and it will put a smile on your face.
"Last night I dressed in tails pretending I was on the town..."

I either passed over his post, not reading it at all OR I made my post knowing you would run with it.
I forget though......
I'll be back later, I lost my car.

Yes, I would agree. The whole St. Anger album is... well, shit.
As for the rest of you, I hate you all

They say something in the UV rays makes somebody feel "happy". My GF and I had a fight today about stupid nonsense. I went outside and I went from being p****d to understanding and not being so angry.
I had to quit playing eq because sitting down in a chair only makes you forget about things, it doesn't take the pain/anger/depression away. Get out, get a job , do something that involves nature and activity. Enjoy life to the fullest man!
